A spiral bevel gear is a bevel gear with helical teeth. The main application of this is in a vehicle differential, where the direction of drive from the drive shaft must be turned 90 degrees to drive the wheels. The helical design produces less vibration and noise than conventional straight-cut or spur-cut gear with straight teeth

T series spiral bevel gear commutator product features:
1. chassis: using high rigidity FC - 25 iron casting;
2. gear: adopt high quality high grade synthetic diamond 50CrMnT piece.modified processing, steel by carburizing quench treatment and grinding and become;
3. spindle: adopt high quality high purity steel alloy 40Cr piece.modified processing, have high heavy load capacity.
4. bearing a heavy load capacity, equipped with the roll cone bearing;
5. oil seal: imported double lip seal with high dustproof prevent leakage ability.
Product lubrication:
T series spiral bevel gear commutator proper lubrication, can play the steering and improve the operation efficiency, the life.
1. initial use two weeks or 100 or 200 hours, for early period, the attrition between abrasion might be a little metal powder, be sure to clean internal, and change new lubricating oil;
2. use for a long time, every half year - a year or 1000-2000 hours replacing a lubricating oil.
